He and brother Duane, among other entreprenuerial activities, became conract painters. He had many stories about that endeavor. But that occupation was just the tip of his iceberg. In later years, he often joined us at reunions, most recently at the picnic celebrating our 55th year reunion at Lake Harriet. Rest-in-Peace, Doug. I know I will miss the master storyteller.
