Garry Keith La Londe

After starting my education at the University of Minnesota in 1964 I enlisted in the U.S. Army and served from 1967-1971. I returned to Minneapolis and graduated from the University of Minnesota at the end of 1972 and worked in Mental Health for three years. In 1977 I received a Master's Degree in Hospital Administration, again from U of M. I worked for Hospital Corporation of America in many different US locations. Mid-career I went to work for the Federal Government as a Senior Health Systems Specialist in the Office of Health Affairs at the Pentagon and then the Department of Veterans Affairs before retiring in 2006. Have traveled to many foreign countries, met amazing people in my almost 73 years now, and continue to write my family history (1665-today).

I have many wonderful memories of Minneapolis, Southwest High School, and childhood and teenage friends but no funny stories come to mind. I was too serious and preoccupied. Sorry!
