Whispers of Autumn

Cool breeze dances in silence,

A farewell to summer's embrace,

Leaves begin their slow descent,

In a whispered, fleeting grace.

Golden hues fade to dusk's sigh,

Fields once bright wave their goodbyes,

As shadows stretch and sunlight wanes,

Nature breathes as summer dies.

Chill in the air, a gentle balm,

A soft reminder, serene and calm,

In the twilight, memories play,

End of summer, welcome the gray.
